Biography
I am an Associate Professor and currently serve as the Dean of the Faculty of Business Studies and Head of the Department of Business Administration at North Pacific International University of Bangladesh (NPIUB). I have acquired my PhD degree from the Institute of Bangladesh Studies, University of Rajshahi, with a research focus on Green Human Resource Management and sustainable banking practices. I also hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, an MBA, and a BBA in Management.
With more than a decade of experience in university teaching and research, I have published research in national and international journals. My research interests encompass Green Human Resource Management, green organizational culture, employee behavior, environmental sustainability, and emerging business technologies. I am committed to excellence in teaching, student mentoring, academic research, and values-based education. My academic approach emphasizes fostering students’ critical thinking, intellectual development, and practical understanding of contemporary business issues. I remain dedicated to advancing higher education through quality teaching, impactful research, and effective academic leadership.
