Biography
This is Md. Riazuddin. My research experience includes community nutrition, public health, nutritional epidemiology, food chemistry, and food quality evaluation. I have contributed to research on food insecurity, non-communicable diseases, health-related quality of life, frailty, functional status, and functional food applications. My current research focuses on developing evidence-based approaches in public health and food science, including the application of natural bioactive compounds for improving food quality and safety. With experience in statistical analysis, R, and Python programming, I am developing expertise in artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning applications for public health and food science research. My future research goal is to integrate AI-driven predictive modelling with nutritional epidemiology and food science to develop innovative solutions for disease risk assessment, food authentication, and sustainable food systems.
