Biography

Md. Ashraful Islam is a Lecturer in the Department of Food Engineering at NPI University of Bangladesh. He holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Applied Nutrition and Food Technology from Islamic University, Kushtia, Bangladesh. His research interests include Food Science, Public Health Nutrition, Green Nanotechnology, Precision Nutrition, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI-based Food Safety. His research focuses on interdisciplinary applications of emerging technologies to address challenges in food safety, nutrition, and public health. He is actively involved in teaching, research, student supervision, and academic activities.
